Kale Salad with Tuna and Green Beans

  1. Wash kale, green beans, celery, carrots, tomato very well, coarse the kale and place it in a medium bowl. Steam the carrots and green beans for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Toss all vegetables, and add lemon juice, and sprinkle of salt to taste. If you desire cut the green beans or serve separately.
  3. In another medium bowl place the tuna without water or oil, and combine with mayo, and drops of lemon juice, mix well. Serve and enjoy!
